Get Help creating Device Descriptions

If you would like help creating the Device Description Files for the AV components you use, we can create much of it for you. We can do everything except learn and test the IR codes.

Please email the following information to us at support@destinynetworks.com.

• Manufacturer

• Model

• A copy of the manual or a URL to it - required, see Search for an AV Component Manual

• A copy of the serial protocol (if it is controlled via serial)

We can usually get them done within a couple of days, but it may take as much as a week.

All we ask is that you test them quickly, and return the tested files back to us.
