Warranty Information

Destiny Networks warrants its products for one year against defects in materials and workmanship. Destiny Networks is committed to 100% Customer Satisfaction. If you experience a problem with you Destiny Networks product, please contact your dealer directly, or contact support@destinynetworks.com.

 

RMA Procedure

Advanced Replacement Procedure

In the unlikely event that a Destiny Networks' product fails in the field during the warranty period, we are willing to provide an advanced replacement unit. This unit will be of the same model and type as the unit that has failed, if available. The advanced replacement unit will be shipped under the same payment terms that have already been setup for the Authorized Reseller. When the failed unit is returned the Authorized Reseller account will be credited.

The procedure is:

  1. Call Destiny Networks' technical support at (408) 559-3100 or send an email to support@destinynetworks.com and briefly describe your problem.

  2. Destiny Networks technical support will work with you, the Authorized Reseller to fix the problem or will issue an RMA number for return of the failed unit. Destiny Networks will ship a replacement unit by air carrier for delivery within 2 days. Special accommodations can be made for next day arrival.

  3. Carefully package and return the failed unit noting the RMA number on the outside of the package. The shipping information is:
