With the Domain Controller connected to your home security system you can monitor the status of the security system from you PC in your home or from anywhere in the world via an Internet connection. In addition, the Security System gets added to The Action Tree, which makes it available to other interfaces and events. For example, you can configure a button on the remote control for your entertainment system to arm the security system or create a "Good night" button that does the same.
This feature is now supported on the Domain 3000 in the 3.0 release for an additional software charge. Please email support@destinynetworks.com to receive the key to turn on this layer.

Add a Security System Select the Security System layer of the Design Module.

Click in the location in the room in which you want to add the security system. |

The "Add a Security System" menu will pop up. Select the type of security system you want to add to get more details on installing and configuring it.
