The Shub that the sensor is connected to should have the following characteristics:
Multiple LEDs are on - No, All LEDs on the Shub are Off
The "Activity" LED is blinking - No, The Activity LED on the Shub is Not Blinking
The "Link" LED is on - No, The Link LED on the Shub is Off
The "5V" and "12V" LEDs are on - No, The 5V or 12V LED on the Shub is Off
The "RS485" LED may or may not be on (see Installation Domain 350 Shub for details)
Have someone watch the LED on the Shub (the one that the sensor is connected to) while another person activates the Shub. Does the LED blink on and off?
