The first time you run the Design Module, you will see the display shown below. The window is divided into 5 parts:
Dropdown menus: enable you to create new projects, open existing projects, save projects, and many more things.
Infrastructure Layers: you will want to proceed from top to bottom in this list of layers in order to create a new project.
Device Layers: use these layer to add devices and components to the Domain Controller that you would like to monitor and control.
HPS Layers: use these layers to enable handsfree automation.
Design Area - this is the large area in the middle of the screen that shows the layout of the house and provides you the ability to add devices and components to individual rooms (not show on this screen dump).
