Xantech 789-44 IR Connecting Block (Emitter Amp)

The Xantech 789-44 is described by Xantech as a "One zone connecting block". The key application for it is to fan out one IR emitter into 4 IR emitters (or 8 dual emitters) as shown below.

Connect the Domain Controller to the connecting block with a 3-wire cable - terminated with Stereo jacks on each end. Do not use mono jacks as the connecting block puts +12V power on the ring of the stereo jack.

If you purchase the 789-44PS, the power supply is included. Otherwise, remember to purchase the power supply separately.
