Destiny now uses Webex to assist you support problems. This allows our support people to see and/or control you computer and the application running on it for a short period of time. You can log out at any time to end the session To join an on line support session you need to pre-arrange the session via phone (408) 559-3100 or email support@destinynetworks.com. The session can be initiated in one of two ways. The Destiny support person can send you an email with a URL that you click on, you can go to the home page of our Webex support, and click on http://destinynetworks.webex.com. You will see the page below. Click the "Join" button in the middle of the page.

You will get the page below. Please fill in the Support session number given to you by the Destiny support person. Also fill in your company name and the Homeowner or business customer you are working with. Click "Submit".
